As a web or mail hosting customer with us, you have access to free support 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and we will not charge anything extra for it. We think we are alone in offering this. During office hours you can contact support through e-mail and phone. Outside office hours we can be contacted through the support pages and the on-call phone. OBS, if you have a question in the evening or during the weekend it is important that you use the support pages to send a message to us, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the e-mails are answered until regular office hours.

By using the links in the menu on the right, you are sent directly to our online support system, where we have gathered a few frequently asked questions. We greatly apprechiate that you look through our answers here before you call us. You are of course allways welcome to contact us in the way that suits you best.

What will yoy help me with outside office hours?
Should there be interruption in operation, or other errors on the services you rent from us you will always be helped via our on-call phone. If you are having trouple logging in on web or e-mail we will also be happy to help.

Should you, on the other hand have a problem with your internet connection, you'll need to contact your supplier. An easy way to find out is to start any web site, like www.vg.no  If you cannot access any web sites there is probably something wrong with your connection with the internet, something we sadly cannot help you with. If you need help with php, asp script etc that you are working on, we ask you to contact us inside office hours.
